These are signs of the coronavirus, so it would also be a good idea to contact your primary healthcare provider for additional assistance. The CDC has made recommendations on what people can do to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Make sure you wash your hands frequently with soap for at least 20 seconds. Sing a song to make sure you wash them long enough. It’s a good idea to wash your hands after you use the restroom, are outside, and after you return home. Limit your exposure to people. Try to stay home as much as possible, especially if you are expecting. If you do go out, stay at least six feet away from other people and wipe down anything you touch.
